We value your trust and are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled for faculty registration and other payments made through our platform.

1. Registration Fees

  • Faculty registration is free for users who sign up within the promotional period (first 10 days from launch).
  • After the promotional period, a one-time lifetime registration fee of ₹499 will apply.

This registration fee provides users with lifetime access to Genioustech’s faculty portal and related features.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since the registration fee grants immediate and permanent access to our platform and its services, it is generally non-refundable.
However, refunds will be considered under the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same registration.
  • Failed Transaction: If the user’s payment is deducted but the registration is not activated.
  • Technical Error: If a payment issue occurs due to a verified system error on Genioustech’s side.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction by emailing [genioustech25@gmail.com] with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
  • Payment Date and Mode

Our team will verify the details and process eligible refunds within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. No Cancellations After Registration

Once registration is completed and access is granted, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Users are encouraged to review all details before completing payment.

5. Third-Party Payment Gateways

All payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU).
Genioustech does not store your payment card or banking information.
Any refund or reversal will be subject to the respective gateway’s refund timelines and policies.
